Meet the Developer
Lee Nicol is a longtime residential neighborhood developer who, over the decades, has skillfully identified locations that exceed the expectations of local, regional, and national homebuilders. Operating as Lee Nicol Interests LLC for almost two decades, he has participated in high profile partnerships and development companies which have changed housing paradigms in the Metroplex as well as Austin and Central Texas. Currently working on Westworth Falls, a creekside, 28-acre, luxury residential subdivision just blocks from Fort Worth’s River District at Highway 183 (Westworth Boulevard) and White Settlement Road, Lee saw and developed what few others saw — a homeowner’s paradise in this property.
Lee earned a BBA from Southern Methodist University and a MBA from Texas Christian University before being commissioned as a U.S. Air Force officer. Early in his professional career, he was in lead roles in asset management and disposition with Nomura Securities, FSLIC, Bank One, and Bank of New York.
Lee is a longtime member of the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association, Texas Association of Builders, and National Association of Homebuilders. In 2015, the local association named him Developer of the Year and a Lifetime Director. Other professional involvement includes the Fort Worth Real Estate Council and the City of Fort Worth Development Advisory Committee. Lee has also served on the Board of Directors, Longhorn Council, Boy Scouts of America, and Streams & Valleys.
